About Rebecca

Rebecca has a B.A. in Psychology from Washington College, where she also was a competitive swimmer. She went on to earn a Masters in School Psychology from the University of Delaware. While in graduate school, she began competing in marathons & triathlons and also began dealing with tightness and injuries… Rebecca initially began to incorporate yoga into her routine to increase her flexibility, but it didn’t long for her to fall in love with all of the other health and mental benefits of yoga as well.

Knowing she wanted to share this passion, Rebecca earned both her 200- and 500-hour yoga certifications with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore. She offers creative, challenging classes that combine asana, pranayama, and meditation, and she also interweaves philosophy into her teaching. She is lead teacher for Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour Teacher Training beginning in January, 2018, at her home studio, YogaVibez, in Ocean City, MD.

When she isn’t at the studio, Rebecca works as a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines, allowing her to explore yoga in all parts of the country.
